High-Performance Infrastructure

Institutional Security Protocols.

RMS is engineered for zero-trust multi-tenancy. Every transaction across every branch is isolated, encrypted, and synchronized via sub-second websocket architecture.

Tenant Isolation 3.0

Our proprietary 'Tenant-Key' middleware ensures that data from one restaurant never touches the logic of another. Physical and logical boundaries are enforced at the database level.

Encrypted Vaulting

Customer data and financial transients are encrypted in motion (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Your data is yours alone — we never sell or share institutional intelligence.

Real-Time Auditing

Every administrative action is logged in an immutable ledger. Track discounts, refund approvals, and inventory shifts with sub-second precision.

Global
Backbone.

Our infrastructure spans across managed clusters in Kathmandu, Singapore, and Mumbai, providing 40ms average latency for sub-second kitchen synchronization.

Security FAQ

Is my data shared with other companies on the platform?

No. Our multi-tenant architecture uses strict schema-level isolation. Your menus, orders, and financial data reside in isolated document structures inaccessible to any other entity.

How do you handle high-traffic surges during peak hours?

RMS uses a cluster-routing layer that auto-scales resources. During surges, our websocket clusters dynamically move traffic to higher-capacity nodes in real-time.

What happens if the main network goes down?

Our core system is redundant. If a regional node fails, we automatically fail-over to the nearest cluster (e.g. Kathmandu to Delhi), ensuring continuity.
